How do I change my status?
Where does my status show up?
Why doesn't punctuation show when I write my status message?

ANSWERS

What is my status?
Your status is a brief, written message that you can write and change at any time. It's a personal tagline that shows up next to your avatar, and that you can share with other members that can be used to describe how you're doing, or what you're doing.

How do I change my status?
Make sure you're signed in, then look in the upper left corner of your page. Click on Edit Status, or anywhere in the small text box. Once the box turns white, you can type your message. When your message is complete, click Update. To make more changes, click anywhere in the box, and repeat the process.

Where does my status show up?
Your status shows on your profile page next to your avatar, and on the message window that shows up when friends roll their mouse over your avatar in their friends list. And when you change your status, it will also show in Recent Activity.

Why doesn't punctuation show when I write my status message?
To help keep spam on Dailystrength to a minimum, only basic punctuation will work in your status message.
