DailyStrength Help: Email

How do I change my email address?
Sign in and go to your My Account page. You will see your currently set email address on this page. Click on "Update Email," and you will be prompted to enter a new email address and also your password for security purposes. When you click Update, you will be sent a confirmation email. 

Why am I not getting my DailyStrength emails?
Try these suggestions:

 1. Ensure that you have elected to receive email alerts. You can modify your email alert settings by clicking on "My Account".
 2. Add ' ' to your email service address book.
 3. Check that your DailyStrength emails are not accidentally going into your Junk or Spam folders.

How do the email settings work?
To access your email settings, sign in, and go to My Account.

In the messaging section, choose:

• Individual Emails --receive individual emails of personal and friend activity.
• Daily Digest --receive a daily digest of personal and friend activity.
• Weekly Digest --receive a weekly digest of personal and friend activity.
• Send no activity --receive messages, updates, and other information online only.

Receive Daily Support Group Updates --receive an overview of activity in your support groups.

How do I stop getting email from DailyStrength?
To stop receiving email alerts related to friend activity and support group updates, sign in and go to "My Account". In the Messaging section, choose the "Send no activity" option, and also de-select "Receive Daily Updates of your Support Groups".

To stop receiving email alerts for discussions where you have selected the Watch This feature, navigate to the discussion you're watching and click on the "Stop Watching this Topic" link.

To stop receiving email alerts related to a group you belong to, navigate to the group's main page and click on the "edit membership" link.

Can other members see my email address?
Members can not see the email addresses of other members. When a member receives an email from another member, they can only see the personally chosen member name.

Do you keep my email address private?
All member email addresses are kept personal and confidential. For more information, see our Terms of Service.
