Which browsers are supported?
We do have sporadic issues with certain browsers. To optimize your experience on the DailyStrength site, please download the most up-to-date version of a supported browser. Just follow the links below.

Windows:
Internet Explorer 8.0
Firefox 3.0
Safari 3.0

Mac OS:
Safari 3.0
Firefox 3.0

How do I clear my browser's cache and cookies?
Sometimes your Internet browser may be the cause of the problems you experience on DailyStrength. To fix this problem, try clearing out your browser’s cache and cookies. Please follow these instructions:

    Internet Explorer 6.0
  1. Click the "Tools" menu and then select "Internet Options".
  2. On the "General" tab, click the "Delete Files" button.
  3. Click "Delete Cookies."

    Internet Explorer 7.0
  1. Click the "Tools" menu and then select "Internet Options".
  2. In the "Browsing History" section, click the "Delete" button.
  3. Make sure that the box labeled "Cookies" is selected, and then click the "Delete" button.

    Internet Explorer 8.0
  1. On the Internet Explorer "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options".
  2. The Internet Options box should open to the "General" tab.
  3. On the "General" tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the "Delete Files" button.
  4. From the same tab, select "Delete Cookies."

    Firefox 2.0 for PCs
  1. Click on the "Tools" menu and select "Options".
  2. Click the privacy icon.
  3. In the cookies section, click "Show Cookies" and then "Remove All Cookies".

    Firefox 2.0 for Macs
  1. Click on the "Tools" menu and select "Clear Private Data".
  2. Make sure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected.
  3. Click on "Clear Private Data Now".

    Firefox 3.0 for PCs
  1. Click on the "Tools" menu and select "Clear Private Data".
  2. Make sure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected.
  3. Click on "Clear Private Data Now".

    Firefox 3.0 for Macs
  1. Click on the "Tools" menu and select "Clear Private Data".
  2. Make sure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected.
  3. Click on "Clear Private Data Now".

    Safari 3.0
  1. Choose "Preferences" from Safari menu.
  2. Click the Security icon.
  3. Click the "Show Cookies" button.
  4. Select the cookies to be deleted from the list.
  5. Click the "Delete" button.
