My daughter would clean my area (yes, my daughter has seen more of me than I have) with peroxide as per the doctor. I don't remember any bleeding and I imagine her lumps are part of the stitching and puc...

I wish they said to use peroxide or something to kill the bacteria, they've only told us to use warm water in the peri bottles. I told my mom what you said about your daughter seeing more of you that you have, and she got a good laugh out of that! She's been saying that all along, and thought if w...

After my stiches were removed, the entire incision opened up so i went through a lengthier healing process. We all have different experiences. The main thing is that she is progressively healing even if it is not quick enough!

Thanks PJinCNY. Wow, I wonder if she'll need to get her stitches out. Seems to be more internal (maybe they're the kind that dissolve.) So sorry that happened to you, how awful! Glad it healed eventually. Not one nurse/doc has told us to use peroxide or betadine to disinfect area. Only clean tw...

I talked to the doc's NP about it, but she did not offer any advice. On my own, I diluted it more and decreased the number of times per...

I had bleeding for quite a while. I think around 1 1/2 months after surgery. It was light enough to just use a pantyliner after the first couple of weeks though.
