My lightbox arrived today I used it for a hour, I felt a little perky, after five days I will see if it really makes a difference........then perhaps wean myself off the St. Johns wort. I've read that it make the skin more sensitive to sunburn from sunlight, but that is very different than your eyes being sensitive to bright light.
