			<description><![CDATA[For me, the most effective way is to have trusted friend/relative to handle my bank account totally.  I just cannot TOUCH money at all. Once I got rid off my credit card and ATM card, No Money, No gamble, I no longer have to STRUGGLE on every payday.  The recovery road is much easier than ever.]]></description>
