			<description><![CDATA[woo! im 19 gonna be 20 soon, starting weight was 260Lbs, and i have a wii fit. 
  
 for me to work up a sweat for the wii fit is to first do the short jog in <a href="http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Aerobics" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Aerobics')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Aerobics">aerobics</a>, then the advance step, then boxing.

IMHO you need to radically change your diet. 			<description><![CDATA[I only eat about 1000-1500 a day.  And I eat good things but sometimes I eat bad things but not every day probably only once a week and that's without dieting.  I just have a sedintary life style.  I want to eat more fruits and veggies and in turn eat better and healthier things.]]></description>
