			<description><![CDATA[My suggestion is just make small changes so its not overwhelming. Maybe try to force yourself to walk even 5-10min at first. The fresh air may help your mood too. I am sorry sounds like you have a lot going on and need to just take things one day at a time.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Baby steps is the key!  So right now you feel powerless.  The goal here is to regain power.  Once you regain power you have control.  When you have control you can make good decisions.
