			<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the encouragement guys! I am working towards it! I have been <a href="http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Physical_Exercise" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Physical_Exercise')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Working out">working out</a> at the gym, and am in the process of investigating <a href="http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Running" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Running')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Running">running</a> groups in my area.

			<description><![CDATA[Birdie! If you can run at all, you can do a half marathon, especially if it's not until September! Find a "<a href="http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Running" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Running')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Running">running</a> buddy" and SIGN UP for the half! That will keep you accountable. You can absolutely do it! Most half marathon training plans take 10-14 weeks -- you've got even more time than that!

			<description><![CDATA[HI an update I have ran 12 miles twice and it took about six months before I could do this however  I am sure people can do it in a shorter time frame than that

			<description><![CDATA[Congrats! You have done so well. I am still hoping....but at the moment am working such long hours difficult to fit in training, but keeping up with a short stretch/tone routine when wake up and before go to bed, most of the time. Try and <a href="http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Physical_Exercise" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Physical_Exercise')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Exercise">exercise</a> over the weekends.

I have now ran 8 Half marathons. And about to start training for my first full.
