			<description><![CDATA[I just joined a biggest loser group at work.  We are all working to <a href="http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Lose_Weight" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Lose_Weight')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Lose Weight">lose weight</a> by May.  We have weekly weigh ins.  Maybe you can find a friend or coworker who will be your partner.   Does competition motivate you? Maybe a friendly wager can get you back into the swing of things.
