			<description><![CDATA[Moondust I've taken some <a href="http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Sleep" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Sleep')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Sleep">sleep</a> aides with mixed results but honestly I hate taking pills for anything. I did manage to fall asleep the other night even tho I didn't feel tired. But no I haven't felt sleepy in awhile. It's very frustrating, I want to enjoy <a href="http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Sleep" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Sleep')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Sleep">sleep</a> again.

			<description><![CDATA[Dreaming guy, of course, you've already found out that <a href="http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Sleep" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Sleep')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Sleep">sleep</a> doesn't require you to be sleepy/tired but it does require you to be still and to let your mind go and wonder.
