So now I just avoid foods that I know might help trigger something. And I have also found out that stress is a trigger also. So I am trying to just take deep breaths when needed. Seriously. I would think it is way worse to live with the constant fear of an attack and also perforation than to buck it up and get the surgery done.

Geez. I didnt realize the bag WASNT an option.
After 5 days I am out. Some problems i was having were due to a flareup just after antibiotics were done. So my white count was down around 3.1 which is quite low, and had them concerned.
Feeling much better. I think stress has so much to do with this...

Getreal,

I agree with you!! At 47 I don't want to be on antibiotics and possibly hospitalized a dozen times or more. If and when my Dr. brings up surgery...I say Yes. Or so I say right now. Since I am on antibiotics for 30 days.

I am glad to hear you are feeling better rudoggy!!!
