 Once you get over the shock I think you will be fine. Hep C is not a death sentence or the end of the world. It is not a sexually transmitted disease. It is transmitted by blood to blood. 
  
 I don't know if they can treat Hep C people with diabetes. Others here will know.

Try <a href="http://clinicaltrials.gov" title="http://clinicaltrials.gov" target="_blank">clinicaltrials.gov</a> and look under Hep C or call any Universities in your area that have a Med. <a href="http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Education" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Education')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about School">School</a>.  Many of them conduct Trials.
