			<description><![CDATA[Wish I could help, but I don't have one.  Instead of buying hot packs, I take a long tube sock and fill it with uncooked white rice from the grocery store.  I tie it off when it's as full as I want it to be (not too full...I like the rice to be able to move around in the sock and conform to my body)...]]></description>
