 I find that eating grass-fed organic red meats was better for my <a href="http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Iron" onclick="treatmentHotLink('http://www.dailystrength.org/treatments/Iron')" class="treatmentlink" title="Learn more about Iron">Iron</a> levels.  If I eat the other meats from the grocery stores which has chemicals, steroids, etc. in eat which are not good to eat.
