Problem is they can dissolve along the gastrointestinal tract before reaching them and be ineffective.

I think it works, I would definitley reccommend it, it's one of the only things I feel comfortable enough using,I have never heard any risks when you use it,from what I understand it's all natural]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I agree with Dr. Jeremy here..  the drops worked wonders for my oldest, but with my second, all he did was scream worse!  I found some baby tea that I would give to him with an eye dropper.. which helped a lil..  later we learned about his allergies to diary and soy so no wonder his tummy was gassy ...]]></description>
