			<description><![CDATA[Since you've had HBP in the past, make sure you make an appt. to have it checked in the very near future.  If your arms and face swell too, go to the emergency room.  Better safe than sorry.

			<description><![CDATA[Reduce your salt intake, drink lots of water and if possible try to put your feet up and get off of them. I know thats easier said that done with another child to take care of.  It might wouldn't hurt to notify your dr just incase they wanna check you.]]></description>
