			<description><![CDATA[well....idk. im more of a purger. but i guess...make snack packs for you too eat so you don't over eat. and figure out how many calories you are consuming and burn off about that much (not all of it!) the thing is, its a frame of mind, and maybe yours is saying it isnt getting the nutrition it needs...]]></description>
