			<description><![CDATA[@JobPerson you're probably thinking of Triglycerides to HDL ratio.  It's the best predictor of heart related problems.  It should be less than 2 ideally.  Mine is 0.89.  Total cholesterol is pretty much the addition of  LDL, HDL, Triglicerides and non-LDL blood lipids and thus includes bad fats, goo...]]></description>
