			<description><![CDATA[Whenever I have had ANY feelings of flutter or tightening around my chest, I have sat myself down,  tried to do deep breathing to calm myself. 
 If the feelings do not subside in an hour, I get myself to the ER.

 I agree with cjosie ! When the symptoms start, try to relax and breath. If the symptoms do not get better within an hour or if they get worse get to the ER or call your doctor.  
 You need to let your doctor know that this is happening to you.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I talked to the cardiac rehab nurse and I told her that i feel it may be from my Chiari which is what they feel may have started or be the reason for my heart problems.  The neurosurgeon is going to do a lumbar puncture and hopefully that will solve all my problems.]]></description>
