The sadness and emptiness is unbearable at times. I am only at peace when I am visiting the cemetery. I talk to my sister Carole , mom and dad. I just lay out a blanket and sit with them. It makes the day bearable. Walking helps in the morning -i get so anxious that I feel I am going to explode.
