Ok lots of sad discussions which I know is a big part of the deal, but.....
Let's hear everyone's personal song at their wedding.
Ours was "I want to make it with you" by Bread.
Marti didn't even like it Haha.

" Bob Dylan's "Forever Young" was sung at our wedding...and again at his funeral by the same vocalist. "

" Your song answer really gave me a chuckle! Maybe the message of the song was a little less romantic than Marti wanted (teasing):) Dan and I lived together for years and years before marrying, and were married by a JP. No song. We were dressed casually and the JP was dressed in a suit-how's that for a reverse! But an American Indian marriage - oh I'll guess I'll call it a - poem was read by him. Very beautiful. "

" our song was "Keeper of the Stars" by Tracy Byrd... but our inside joke was that our wedding song was "If you cant be with the one you love, love the one you are with"... "

" Our was Tina Turner, "What's Love Got To Do With It?" I know it's a mite strange, but for us, that song signified damaged hearts made new again through our love for each other. "

" We never got to have a wedding, but if we had a song it would've been "Ring of Fire" by Johnny and June Cash or Bob Dylan's "If Not for You." "

" No song at our wedding, but our favorite at the time was "Friendly Persuasion" by Pat Boone. We loved the words. TJ "

" "On Eagles Wings" was sung at our wedding by a vocalist that my sister picked out. I thought I was getting the vocalist I wanted to sing, but it didn't turn out that way. At Glen's funeral, I asked the vocalist that we originally wanted to sing the song at our wedding to sing it at his funeral. It definitely made me cry, but I love that song. Kris "

" Our song was: "You made me so very happy" by Blood, Sweat and Tears. It was appropriate then and it is appropriate now. "

" Our song was "Amazed" by Lone Star. It still makes me cry to hear it sometimes. I so remember dancing to it at our wedding reception. The last time that we danced (which was at a benefit dance for my husband) was to Amazed. "
