A little info on grief

Hi! I found this article on grief healing. I'm not close by no means, but its a way to measure our progress through our grief.. Its says that change isn't always obvious. Looking at the list, I have a few things highlighted that I think I've accomplished already. I keep it near and every once in awhile I glance at it and see if I've progressed anywhere.

I lost George 4 months ago and I'm having a really hard time, so all the inforamtion I get on this "new" life of mine helps and I hope it'll help all of you as well.

All my best and thanks for being there!

Kim

" Thanks for sharing that with us. Like the article says some of the progress is so subtle you dont even notice. I agree with Marsha, I have progressed so much more than I was giving myself credit for too. Peace and healing to you, Hugs, Lori "

Thank you so much for sharing this article, Kim. There's a few not to many things that I able to do. This is something I will keep for future referance. It really is an eye opener. I have to remember to give myself credit for what I am able to accompiish even though it may just be few things. Hugs filled with comfort, strength, peace & love going out to you.....Stella "
