This is a movie about a widower with two boys set in Australia and England. It is a real tear jerker (for those belonging to the club nobody want to join). It is a fantastic film which I would wholeheartedly recommend, as long as you are more than three months out from you loss. It has only just been released here in Aus - so maybe sometime before its in US (if ever as it's not a Hollywood production) so you may have to order it. John

" John,

i haven't heard of this movie but I'll be on the look out for it. I'm a sentamentalist......so I know I'll cry watching it. I cry for commercials....that's how sensitive I am. I just have a tender heart and I definitely can cry easy. Thanks for suggesting it. Things are better for me since Bobby died and I think I would be ok watching it. Anyway, I'll look for it.........thanks........hugs.......Jenny
Hope you are well.........take care. "

" It really is special and I think it will win awards - the scenery is beautiful and y'all will ove the Down-under open fields and sea scenes. I loved as it could have been me 18 years earlier. There is my very same car there too, the beautiful young wife dying of cancer, the boisterous young boys, the gum trees, and the English Public school scenes from Rugby school - taught at a similar school in England for five years. I think everyone on the little cinema was crying! All the emotion we feel and have close is there. "

" Thanks, John, I will try and find it. Sometimes we all need a "tear jerker" to "let loose" and release all the tension. Just curious, have you seen The Man From Snowy River? I can't imagine that you haven't viewed that one. It's a "keeper." TJ "
