35kgs? That's equivalent to like 77 pounds (American, sorry!). I'm 18, and I'm 5'6" and weigh 120 pounds, I think that's roughly 54/55 kilos. Which is 20 more than where you WANT to be. A healthy weight for a teenage girl is 52 to 60 kilos. I know that when I had an eating disorder, that seemed like waaay too much for me, but with some help and mental training, I'm comfortable with where I'm at. I'm in no way fat, I'm actually very slim, and curvy- bone curvy, that is. Curves are great on a girl. Being a stick, well, that isn't. Not to insult you or anything, but don't beat yourself up over not being at 35kgs.
FYI, stopping yourself from eating, while does cause the body to burn it's stored fat- and muscle mass-, only makes the body convert EVERYTHING to fat once you eat again. The BEST way to lose weight HEALTHILY is to eat healthily. Try to maintain eating 1200 calories a day, and make sure you eat breakfast. Eating breakfast gets the liver to burn lipids (fats) and engages the body's metabolism. This keeps your body boosted through the day and helps you stay alert. Try eating yogurts, nuts, carrots, and green vegetables. They're low in fat and sugars, but have good nutritional values and help keep up the metabolism so your body maintains it's set weight. Make sure you walk the equivalent of 2-3 miles a day, it helps your muscles as well. Also a little bit of info, your body has a set weight. This is the weight your body is at when you aren't trying to gain or lose weight, and is where your body prefers to be. If you're having trouble losing weight, your body is most likely telling you that it is where it wants to be and doesn't want to change. Maybe, instead of trying to LOSE weight, you should try changing how you wear some of your clothes so that you see your body in a more flattering light.
