I am 5'4 and 143 pounds. I am trying to reach 130. I was 138 before the summer then gained some when I got back, but people said I looked skinnier... maybe if was from swimming and i gained muscle instead? I don't know :P

" The doctor I saw said that as long as a person is healthy, thats all that matters. He sent me to get a basic fitness test and asked me questions about how I feel. He said that a girl can weigh 110lb and be a mess inside or weigh 200lb and be in good enough shape to join the army. So I guess if people say you look good, and you feel good - Really, what else matters? "
