I am 19 years old. im 5'9 and weigh 235 pounds. i feel like a fat discusting pig, and i cant even stand to look at myself in the mirror. I KNOW that if i could loose weight i would feel SO MUCH better about my self. My weight effects so much of my life. my everyday. my relationships. everything!!! im crying while im writing this because i think to myself. oh... im going to start walking. eating better....the usual positive things.. but when it comes down to it. i still drink my mountain dew everyday. my fast food everyday. i know is bad. I KNOW its bad. i know while im ordering it.. and paying for it. i love it while i eat it and regret it when im done. im tired of living my life HATING my body. i dont want anyone to see me with my clothes off. not even my boyfriend of 3 years. :( everything suffers. i dont know what to do anymore. im driving myself into depression!

Weightloss is about 95% mental and 5% physical. you have to get into the mindset of weightloss. u must want to workout everyday and not think of it as a chore or a obligation. once you get into that mindset u will start to loose weight because u want to workout everyday. the fast food has to go though sorry to say but all fast food does to people is creep them closer to death. once u cut that out of ur diet u loose about 1000 in empty calories. u might want to get a gym membership or even if u have a bike, u can ride it and loose weight. i lost 20 pounds just riding my bike around my block for 2 hours a night. To keep motivated take before pictures of urself and when u start loosing weight ull c the progress u have done. keep track of ur weightloss this will make u stay motivated. when u loose ur first 20 pounds ull be even more motivated to loose another 20. REMEMBER weight loss is mostly all mental once u have conquered the mental side of it, ull be surprised what ur body can do. U must stay positive and even if u slip and gain 2 pounds u gotta say " OK im gonna loose that 2 pounds plus an extra 2 pounds" I hope this Helps =) P.S try drinking diet mountain dew it almost the same thing but without any calories ==))
