I work out every night and I burn 1000 cals per nite ... so why dont i loose weight? have been 212 for like a month

" You may be gaining muscle weight, depending on what types of excising you do. You may also be burning off only the calories that you consume in a day. Keep at it and hopefully you will see improvement soon! "
