I want to get to my goal weight by this time next year... I have about 75 pounds to lose. I am currently on my gap year and want to be gorgeous and slim by the time I'm back home and starting University so I fit in and so this guy I like sees me in a different light. I think he likes me but he doesnt find me attractive.
Anyway, I try to get in 10,000 steps in a day and do my hour gym program five times a week and sometimes I get in the pool for ten minutes to cool off afterwards. The walking takes fricken hours, but should be giving me a few extra calories to burn. I know I'm doing enough exercise, but I'm always hungry and eat alot at nighttime. I could be described as a binger. By body has started to change shape but I'm still consuming more calories than I'm burning, despite my best efforts. I'm considering joining Weight Watchers because I can't live like this anymore. And I know all the tips inside out and losing weight really bores me now because I've spent the past five years obsessing over it, so I've decided to learn how to cook to add a new spin to things. I used to have alot more motivation and self discipline but it seems to have died as I have gotten older. Any advice? One thing you look pretty anyway =] so you shouldnt worry about that. Also wow! 10,000 steps a day thats so much more then i been doing. For the next few weeks try to reduce the amount you eat at night so you can build up your CV (cardiovasucular) or if you cant resist at night Im the same dont worry! try eating something that doesnt have many calories say a Yogurt Bar or fruit or something. So if your munching it isnt bad for you. Weight watchers is good but downside is very expensive! Your doing plenty of exercise honestly the gym swimming and the steps also walking your working all parts of your body so if you cut down at night you should be fine. You might be realy hungry atm due to exercising so much, so after exercuse eat a banana or something that has slow realease and can be filling =] Hope this has helped =]

Thanks FersureMay! Too be honest my exercise doesn't make a difference to my appetite because I already eat so much anyway. Its like no matter how much I eat I just can't get satisfied! I know it takes a while for the stomach to drink and that you have to exercise some self-control sometimes because not all food is good for you, but you still have to cut back even if you are eating all healthy.

Im the same I eat soo much! and I really shouldnt Im using some self control to try and control how much I eat especially at night.
I find myself just eating when Im bored which Im stopping aswell. Im here if you need to chat to someone about exercising and stuff =]
