Wells I'm fourteen so i don't really have a lot of money and my mom's willing to help but she doesn't want to spend a lot i was just wondering if anybody had inexpensive meal ideas... If you could give me a few for breakfast and lunch that would be great!

I know that you can just stick with regular foods and just cut back on portions as well as being more active. And a lot of recipes can also be modified to help reduce the fat and calorie intake. I know that I just take the vegetable oil out of cakes and it tastes a lot better with like half the calories. Also, you can just type "low calorie recipes" or something similar into google and a ton of recipes come up. Try looking at the food network page, they probably have some amazing stuff!
Also, try to buy fresher foods and more local foods because not only is it better for the environment, it will give you a better quality food with fewer additives. Organic foods are also a great choice because they have fewer chemicals and can help you be more active while also cutting down on calories and stuff.
