" i'll mention that you should have a good reason to lose weight--hopefully to ultimately improve your health? don't go over board. losing weight should not be obsessive in any way-----so just keep that in mind =)

as soon as i read peanut butter, i thought, "GOOD ON YOU!", very good for you. it is very healthy, very nutritious.

you don't need to eat salads you know. how about a vegetable strifry? just a bit of soy sauce and partially cooked vegetables in a wok or pan on low heat? very tasty alternative. remember variety. you should mix up your diet everyday or every week so that you get a bigger range of vitamins and minerals for your body to function properly.

are you sure that that is enough? it doesn't seem like very much food for a whole day. what about snacks? yoghurt, cheese, omelette, wholegrain crackers, fruit, museli bars, few squares of dark chocolate(yes i said chocolate! research shows that it increases seratonin, the happy chemicals, in your body) are all healthy snacks

here's a good site that helps you to find healthy foods to include in your diet

you can go to Food Advisor to analyse your diet and nutrient intake
