My mom's a nurse so going to the doctor's office sucks, a lot. Personally i hate how i look, but aren't mom's supposed i don't know accept you? She's all about low carb dieting and stuff but it still hurts how she doesn't accept me how i am, muffin top and all. I'm the quite one in the family so bringing up how she's hurting me really doesn't sound fun, should i just deal with it?

" ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Listen darlin, take it from someone know knows...

My mom was a ballroom dancer, a swim suit model, and a Rick Flare girl (if you don't know who that is don't worry he is some old wrestler she used to walk out) so she has always been gorgeous and in shape. I am surprised the first word out of my mouth wasn't diet. She is always dieting and working out. She is 40 and look 25! I do beauty pageants so it is really stressful and living with her doesn't help. Sometimes I just have to speak up and tell her that if she slaps one more piece of food out of my hand I am calling DCFS lol! (we have a crazy relationship) You are who you are, if you want to lose a couple pounds or eat healthier that is your own business and your mom should support you not nag and bring you down. Maybe if you actually sit down and talk to her about how she makes you feel she will be more willing to help.

Message if you need any help.

" Diets and diet aids do not help anyone. The only way to successfully lose weight and get the body that you want is by using the right information. This information can be found in the book Lose Weight Using Four Easy Steps which can be ordered through the website www.bbotw.com Everyone who has gotten a copy of this book is now healthier. "

" I understand why you are hurting but If you want to change I would take advantage of it. I am the quiet one as well and i wish someone would say something and help or get me help no matter how embarrassed they made me. good luck "
