if Doctors kill people, then what do murderers do?

not sure about pencils, but I have heard that spoons have made rosie odonnel fat!!

Am I missing something? Anyone can be a murderer, doctors or otherwise.

Although last I heard docs were not killing people on purpose and they do suffer legal consequences if their was recklessness or negligence at all.

By the way, you can kill someone with any sort of implement, but can you accidentally stab someone to death? How easy is it to kill someone with a blunt object from a moving vehicle?

What cracks me up is that the gun people pretend that it's about their rights, it's in the Constitution, it's a matter of principal. Yet the government could regulate and kill plenty of other freedoms -- in fact they do -- yet I don't see the NRA making a big stink about it.
