Grinch vs Scrooge

patti22 View More Posts Ignore	So the kids and I are doing "Christmas in July" and reading aloud Dicken's Christmas Carol (really challanging vocabulary) and watching Christmas movies too boot. The moral lessons behind A Christmas Carol and Scrooge seem to be pretty much opposite. Any opinions? Posted on 07/12/12, 09:04 am

i think that the moral lessons are much the same. eventually the grouchy outsider softens enough to allow the community to welcome them into the fold.
