Okay. If you all didn't know it- I used to do a LOT of weight lifting in high school. Got up to some heavy lifting- like 135 at the bench press and 645 on the bench press. I was doing weights every day- never could fully get rid of my gut- but my arms and legs have always been "in shape" no fat- hardly anyway, even now.

I had my therapy appointment today it went well.I really like my new therapist.
