" You can have a vein stripping, but unless you wear compression hose they'll come back, maybe gradually but definitely especially if you have a bad case.

The black & navy are just like tights. They don't look bad. Basically winter is easy; summer is hard. Also, summer is when they get worse from swelling in the heat. "

" I am wearing nude colored knee highs. They are tight, and are getting hot, but I was told I had to wear them even sitting in recliner with legs way up. Summer is going to be a pain, as now I can't wear shorts. Actually, they don't look too bad with Capri's. "

" Don't stand as much. It also could be a vertebrae pinching your siatic nerve (like me). Chiropractor told me not to walk on treadmill, as this exascerbates it. Some natural pills are horse chestnut extract and vein essential therapy from Swanson products. Also, I need to lose about 40 pounds, so that has a lot to do with my veins. Hope this helps! "

" Feet elevation after a long day or in between breaks could be helpful. Prolonged sitting or standing could increase the varicosities. I have tried endovenous laser treatment for my varicose veins. http://doctorfinders.com/endovenou... "
