" I just did a search on "hrt" and another one on "hysterectomy, young, hormone replacement therapy". There is so much information. Some pretty lengthy, but it all totals up to what kind of hrt you find helps you the most. "One pill not for all", you may find yourself needing to change to something else, so do not be afraid (being you are so young) to speak up and say, "I am experiencing such and such symptoms and feel I need something different." Try to go for all natural hrt's. Try an online search and try this site I found that seems to give the best advice (to me anyway, you may feel differently): http://onlinealllergycenter.com/bl... Seemed to have the most open comments. There are many sites out there, read them and take them with a grain of salt and then speak to your "doc" and make an educated choice and do not be afraid to say, I think it is time for a different dose or kind, if it will help you feel better. According to what I have read so far, you need to be the one to decide if the meds are working for you, and then speak up. "
