Well yesterday I had an ultra sound, and as the Dr was doing it he said he saw "cells" that should be there. Of course because I have PCOS my ovaries are 3 times the size they should be. But when we were all done and I went into his office he told me that he's never had anyone that was 30 years old with Uterine Cancer, so lets just wait a few months to see if menstruating will fix it.

Now obviously I don't want to go through any unnecessary procedures, but if God forbid there is something there do I really want to wait another two months.

Confused and emotional, should I ride it out for a few more months or get a second opinion?

" Definitely get a second opinion...I had Uterine Cancer at age 33...so it's not impossible...did he send you to a Gynacologist?? they would know better what to do...I had an immediate Hysterectomy...my doctor took no chances...17% of my Uterus had cancer cells..and age doesn't mean squat for any kind of cancer....good luck! " if i was you i would get a second opinion.by the time they found mine and did surgery they had to take part of my cervix because the cancer started coming out of my uterus and i had radiation to make sure all of it was caught .its a tough thing to go through best of luck. "

" Sounds like my doc... I just posted one titled "Enhomogeneous endometrium"..
My doc was the same way..said if I was 40 she would test, but since I'm only 31, she is not testing me... "
