Well its official...I`m now 47 years young today.Wasn`t I just twenty?? LOL Every year the kids ask what I want.This year I KNEW exactly I wanted.Its a four foot ladder with a red top.Since I am only 4`11 a ladder makes great sense.After they got done rolling on the floor in fits of laughter they asked what I really wanted.I haven`t seen them laugh so hard since I started painting our kitchen.Ok...1 Recommendation3 Comments

Ok, so today sucked.
I got to my dr's @ 2:20 pm (20 minutes before my appointment.)
10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, i started reading a book (hadn't seen anyone yet.)

My 13 y.o. niece was missing since Tues. pm. She was found unharmed last night!! A 21 y.o. man that she met on the internet (he flew in from another state) was involved. I am so happy. Well, this is something I wish I did not have to write, but kind of knew I was going to.
My mother has been diagnosed with Uterine Cancer! We all knew that something was wrong with her for a long time. She's had symptoms for over THREE years!
But my mother is stubborn and refused to have a checkup. In fact, she has NEVER had a regular pap smear or mamagram, or anything. ...1 Recommendation2 Comments -
Well, round 3 of chemo is complete! It seemed to go quickly. I had a great nurse - the needle pokes didn't hurt and she was so nice. The snack guy came around several times and kept my husband full of turkey sandwiches and fruit! And we were out early enough to beat the Friday going home traffic on the freeways. Always a problem in Los Angeles, CA.
