Hi,
I normally only have a night time problem with bedwetting but yesterday I sneezed and wet myself. I have had urodynamics and various investigations before and I know that I have a small bladder capacity and weak sphincter muscles. I use Drynites for the bedwetting but I don't have accidents in the day time very often, so I don't really want to wear pads during the day. Does anybody have any ideas? If I have to wear protection during the day does anyone know of any underpants that look just like normal underwear and don't use pads, but could cope with an occasional accident. umm there are some descreet adult absorbent pads they are from "betterlife" i think they are "waterproofed" on the out side with a absorbent inbuilt pad on the inside they are machine washable and apper like normal underware so very handy. but i was simply noctornal and urge incontinance until i had the kids then sneezing coughing picking kids up caused issues too maybe you need a new check up i personally hate check ups and have given up but maybe it is time for you to get it looked at again ??

I don't have any ideas, but I also find that when I sneeze I wet myself. I don't wear pads at all. It would be wonderful if they could make underwear for this kind problem.

i use pads all the time because if i cough sneeze try to get up from a seated position or run or get out of the car i will wet and there is not telling how much sometimes very small amount sometime Niagara Falls. I never know . my bladder knows when I am in my drive way whe i pull in it starts screaming at me. and befor i puul in i may not have any indication i need to go it is a crazy bladder and it must love being at home
