Hi, I was just wondering if anyone here has a problem with some foods and drinks, do you have to be careful what you eat or drink and if you do have these do you find it gives you terrible problems.

" It is interesting hearing what foods an drinks affected you Drgnfi. I have to be careful of all cold drinks, like cokes and more or those drinks. Also orange juice. I can only drink berry drinks and also cranberry, but nothing else. I have also watch what I eat and I always I can't have anything that has curry or anything spicy I can't have either. i got to watch how much I also drink, because I go to the toliet all day. Also when I go out, I am always running to the toliet. My neuropathy has gone to my bladder and if I have anything that I can't have like foods and drinks I have had it. The other day I was in such pain, all I could do was scream because the pain would not go away. "

" you can live just fine drinking only one liter of liquid a day . That is all you really need. People on dialysis must lower their intake of liquid, most of our food has enough liquid that we should not have to drink nay more. cut down on the amount you drink and you will see a big difference . I avoid tea not only does i make me goo more but it keeps me awake . I stay away from caffeine mostly because it keep me awake. if you get thirsty chew or suck on some ice. It is very hard for me not to drink I love to drink cold beverages . For one thing they cool me off and i just pain get thirsty. but i know the less i drink the less times I need to go to the bath room and the less accidents I have. When I was a child I was given honey every night 3 or 4 time during the day. . I have not tried it lately but Honey is a very good food and has all kinds of cures attributed to it Try it you might like it and it can't hurt you unless you are allergic to it. "

" I don't drink a lot of tea's or coffee's. I also don't drink any different kinds of fruit juices. I also can't have frizzy drinks as well. Whether I have something to drink or not I still have a problem running to the bathroom. I can wake up with such pain and have to go to the toilet. Interesting about the honey, but I have try so many things. The other thing is I do not like ice, never have. It is just so cold.

But thanks for your help anyway. "
