I'm 18 years old...and am having major problems right now. I get panic attacks a lot & was having problems during those, but onow it's gotten a LOT worse.

I did some google searches...and I think this might be caused by some physical damage that has been done to my body recently.

Today, I went out & bought Depends. It has been emotionally tearing me apart. I don't know what to do...I don't know how to fix this...and I'm scared to death everyone around me is going to find out about this.

" Hi. I started having to wear briefs after a football injury my junior year in high school. I'm going to be completely honest with you, there may be a few embarrasing situations, but it's not the end of the world, although it feels like it is at the time. First of all, you need to go to a doctor to find out what is causing your problems. Then you can deal with it in the appropriate manner. What you are doing now is managing, and that is fine, but you need to find out what is wrong. I live in mild terror everyday, I've been a teacher for 6 years and wear briefs everyday, it's tough to deal with, but, no one has ever said anything to me about it, most people won't be wondering if your wearing something different under your pants. I can't stress this enough, make sure you get to a doctor, best of luck. "
