i am 28 nearly 29 weeks pregnant, and i feel a lot of pressure down there, this is not my 1st pregnancy but i never had this with my son, also i can seam to cough with out nearly wetting my self, i have done all the pelvic floor exercises and nothing is helping i am really embarrassed by this and just wanted to know if there were any other people out there who are suffering form the same thing

Yes!
It happened to me. I had to go out and buy some of those little pads for bladder leaks. Just part of the fun when pregnant with multiples. Your poor bladder has less room than it used to. I have heard that it happens more often with second pregnancies too.

haha!! I'm only 17 weeks with my 3rd pregnancy and already can't sneeze without a little leaking!! For now, thin maxi pads work for me but I KNOW I'll eventually have to get something a little more heavy duty! As for the pressure down there... Look on the website for "prenatal cradles". I saw some belt like contraption that looked more like underwear and had no idea why you would need upward pressure in the crotch area, but now I think maybe the pressure your feeling would be why! Good luck and let me know what you come up with. I'll be going through it all soon enough!

K- I just looked it up. It's called the V2 Supporter and they say it's for that "everything is going to fall out of the bottom" feeling...

Yep.. Every time I sneeze I feel like I am going to wet myself. I would go and buy some pads, you are probably going to need them. It is very normal.. and probably very embarassing.

i just wanted to know how many other ppl have the same problem as me i hate it when it happens and dont like going out coz of it but my partner said i have nothing to be embarrassed about as i cant help it, i am so glad i am not the only one who is going though this, thanx u all

It happened to me too! Hang in there! I used to wear liners or thin pads because of this very problem. Don't worry - it will be better after you have the little ones.

Ditto! happened to me too. Invest in some thin pads. I wore em pretty much most of the pregnancy.
You just gotta laugh about this stuff...I did. :)
