Recommended baby monitor for twins

I'm just 7 weeks 3 days with twins but I started eyeing baby stuff to try and figure out what we actually will need 2 of and what we can get away with 1 of. So, I was looking at the monitors and I'd really like to get a video monitor...does anyone know of one that comes with two cameras for twins or do I pretty much have to get 2 monitors if I want this?

" Try visiting company websites of the video monitors that you like. Maybe they'll be able to sell you extra parts, like another camera or something... "

" There are video monitors on the market that you can buy 2 cameras with and still only have to carry around one monitor. However, I will tell you that I have a video monitor(absolutely love it by the way) and what we did was position the girls cribs one in front of the other along the wall and we were able to see both girls with just one camera. Even now that we have the girls seperated across the room from each other, we were still able to position the camera to see both. The brand that we have is Summer and I believe it was purchased from Babies R Us. "

" We have a summer from BabiesRus and we can see and hear both babies in two cribs right next to each other. We had to hang the camera up close to the ceiling on the other side of the room so you can't see up close but but if you listen closely you can hear them breathing. "

" I actually discovered one at Babies R Us that you can buy an additional camera to go with it for another room or child. I think to start when they're sleeping in our room we'd just need one but the way I plan on placing their cribs (they'll be in the same room) we'll have to get the 2nd camera. Thanks...it's good to know they offer that! "
