I really stuggle with my weight. I am 5 foot, one of the lucky ones, but I weigh 200lbs. I know that is not healthy for me. But it seems like no matter what i do, i can not get it off. I have always been overweight. I good thing I have been able to maintain this weight now.

Do others really stuggle with weight? What has worked for you? Any support would be great. Thanks.

Also wondering how common it is that people with TS stuggle with weight. If they struggle more then the adverage person.
