TB heal marks

I've never known if my TB heal marks that show up on x-rays are because I had TB or was exposed. I never had treatment. As far as I can guess, I was lucky to survive because so many members of my family had TB, all treated. I did have pnemonia around that time (I was about 1), so maybe the penicillin was enough???? It could be a spot, or a heal mark, and just wondering, after all these years, how to tell which is which without worrying.
