Spasticity in Trisomy

Hi
My little Trisomy 18 girl has started to have really bad spastic attacks. Has anyone had this experience with their Trisomy 18 baby? I have tried to find info, but it is very topical and not very informative. If someone is out there, what have you done to help your child deal with spasticity. She looks so miserable during these attacks. I could really use some help in hearing what other people have done, their experiences.
Thank you for any info or feedback.
