So in the next couple of weeks, I will be on a radio show talking about trichotillomania and our battle with it.
The show is originally for balding men. I was first on it a couple of weeks ago mostly just to talk about the view of balding men from a female's perspective (my boyfriend is a part of the show), and I brought up my trich. The guys there were very intrigued by it...and wanted to do a show on it. They said that you guys are welcome to call in and give your stories or say whatever you may want to say. I encourage you guys to do this. Let's get this disorder recognized....let's help some people who do this and don't even know that they aren't the only ones! It's a pity I live in Scotland and can't participate in the show. Getting Trich recognised as a real disorder is something I'd love to be a part of. Good luck on the show, you'll be awesome!
