First off I hope I'm not breaking any rules of this site.
It's just that I am a member of another forum that is dedicated to Trichotillomania only. It has a lot of resources and a very active board. Not saying to leave here. As you can see I belong to both. here is the link if you are curious: http://lilboh-nfl.dnsalias.com/tri... Look around. It's a lot of info at once. Under the wizard is the link to the forum board. It's free to sign up. And once you are a member everytime you go back to the boards the easy way to keep up with the posts is to click at the top right the link that says View posts since last visit. If you find info there that you think can help ppl here post it here that way we can spead the word faster. As I've dealt with this problem for over 30 yrs and in just the past month gotten a name for it I alone know that the word needs to be put out. The embarrassment and pain that trichsters go thru is uncalled for when there is help. From the other site I saw that Dr. Phil did 1 episode. but apparently I missed it. lol. |
