Is it true that congress passed a transgender bill?
I am looking for any black and white text on a government site or anything that affirms this is true. I have been told by numerous people that congress passed a bill that states if a transgender person has a sex change in any other country than America that social security will not change the gender marker. I seek proof of this. People don't get discouraged by this yet! This may only be gossip I am looking for hard proof!! If this is true i think its horrible that oboma's stuff like foreign trade policy now includes transgender people..like we are vehicles and they can put trade restrictions on our bodies or something! I believe this this rumor was deliberately started by those who would oppose trans like nazis to cause discontent with the government as if there is no such bill how can you disprove it? Thanks Rhonda lets debunk this if its a lie people because this has scared a lot of trans people.

I was told by a friend (Emanuel Cleaver II US Congress) that this is not true. It would be a career killer in politics. He has been a friend of the family for a few years and I believe that he would not lie to me. So anyway I hope that this helps.
